FAST Defense: August 19 & 20, 2005

F.A.S.T. Defense, the unique self-defense course that is sparking headlines around the country, is being offered at the Muay Thai Institute of Kunponli on August 19 & 20. This program takes participants through a step-by-step progression of easy techniques and then has them use those techniques in scenario-based training.
